About Breaking Free: Imagine a place where healing begins, grounded in faith and community. Yuba City's Breaking Free group provides a supportive environment where participants can share their journeys and draw strength from one another. This group is for those who are joining us to break free from their own addictions - AND is a support/informational group for loved ones/friends of those who are or have been struggling. Also, while we are here to definitely address freedom & recovery from substance abuse addictions - we are here to also help facilitate recovery from addictions to: phones, gambling, porn/sex, smoking/vaping, food, shopping, etc.
- Exposing the Nature of Addiction - uncovers the roots of dependency, laying the groundwork for deep understanding.
- Confronting Toxic Denial - empowers individuals to face their struggles with honesty and courage.
- Understanding Grief & Addiction - provides tools to process loss while fostering emotional resilience.
- Ending the Addictive Cycle - equips participants with strategies to break free from harmful patterns.
- Building a New Legacy - inspires a vision for a future filled with promise and potential.
- Establishing a New Normal - helps create sustainable habits and a fulfilling life post-addiction
