As "Women of Vision" we strive to walk in God’s will and purpose individually and corporately as part of the body of Christ. The goals that we endeavor to achieve are:

1. To minister to the varied needs of women.
2. To help each woman find her personal place of ministry.
3. To strengthen the church through prayer, evangelism and missions.

“Women On The Move” sessions offer a time of wonderful fellowship as well as opportunities for spiritual growth in individual lives. The Quilters group, meeting once a week, works their little fingers off to offer a special craft and a special blessing to those who take advantage of their talents.  All the proceeds from the Quilters go directly to missions.

The Women’s Intercessory Prayer Group meets and prays weekly on behalf of the Calvary Christian Center staff and congregation.

The Women’s Ministry annual projects include:

*  Home Missions Families

*  Christmas Stockings for: Sidewalk Sunday School, Bill Wilson Ministries, Connecticut Outreach

*  Missions Boutique & District Annual Project

*  Honoring Our Pastors & Local Ministries

Funds for the WM projects are raised through a variety of activities: the Minis-“tree” pledges, the Quilters, fifth Sunday coin offerings, other special offerings and donations.
